We provide two paddle boards available for guest use only. Please note they are used at your own risk.
No smoking, vaping or illegal activity.
Minimum age to book our listing is 24.
No loud parties. No more than 6 guests can stay overnight at any time.
Tampering with smoke detectors or security system will result in a $250 fine.
We will not rent to proms, school groups or functions regardless of chaperone.
LaPorte, IN locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. This is to prevent our property from being used as a party house.
The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. These are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied upon by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in guest being fined.
