The celebration kicks off with a parade through the Uptown Arts District (Franklin Street, from 4th St. to 9th St.), and once night falls, Washington Park transforms into a drive-through wonderland of lights. Expect nostalgic scenes, eye-popping displays, and festive decorations that make for a magical winter experience.
